Clarion Inn
The Banquet will be held at the Clarion Inn on Friday night

The Clarion Inn is offering rooms at a special price for this event. You can get a king or two doubles for $64+tax. You must call the Clarion Inn directly to make your reservations (mention the 'University of Arkansas Physics Department' -not AAPT or AOK - when you call).

The Clarion Hotel reservation deadline has been extended to Monday, October 8. After that the rooms will be released, the price will increase, and they will probably be quickly gone. To get the special rate you MUST call the Clarion directly and mention the 'University of Arkansas Physics Department'. They don't recognize AOK or AAPT.

Due to the War Eagle Craft Fair (see Location Info), hotel rooms in the area will be hard to find. If you are planning to come, make your hotel reservations now. We understand the Clarion is willing to allow as many as 4 people to share a room, so please try to share rooms as much as possible.
